I consider myself a fully qualified, committed, creative and enthusiastic individual who is able to make learning fun and encourage exploration through play. I am someone who is committed to my role and to giving children,parent or school owner the best possible input and impact. I will do everything possible to provide pupils with a true solid foundation for their future and a home away from home experience, where learning meets fun ,a comfortable and welcoming environment which will make them attest the goodness of our organization, I pride myself in my strength in communication and interpersonal skill.
At the moment, I am employed by Arcadia Montessori school where I effectively manage the day to day running of the school as an hybrid manager ,the school runs its affair between learners from age 18month to 7years old, in terms of its class management and the administration of parent/child ratios. I also organise the delivery of well planned, well considered and motivational lessons, in line with the present curriculum. Furthermore, I am also involved on an ad hoc basis in liaising with the Head Office management team to promote the continued improvement of the school
