I am a Legal Practitioner and Corporate Consultant by training with widespread experience in Transactions, Business Litigation, Contracts, Project Financing, and Company Secretarial support.

• Part of the Legal team for the Defence (Respondent) in Tsjk V. FIRS, from the Federal High Court to the Supreme Court. The matter was held at the Court of Appeal in our favor.
• Part of the Appellant team at the Court of Appeal in National Pension Commission V Maroof & anor and the Cross-Appeal between ARM (PFA) Pensions V National Pension Commission & Anor.
• Part of the Legal team of the Appellant at the Supreme Court in FIRS v. AG Bayelsa and Anor.
• Advised clients especially startups companies during the various stages of their development stage through growth up to the expansion stage
• Provided publicly traded companies with sound corporate governance advice by ensuring compliance with various tax laws, SEC regulations, and specific industry regulations

• Advised and Supervise the Merger and Acquisition of Adswitch PLC by Cutix PLC. both Publicly traded Companies
• Acted as the Transactional Lawyer and Company Secretary for; GigaGas Ltd, Kez Energy Limited, Gudder Engineering, Copperfield Energy, etc.
• Part of the Legal team in an Arbitration Suit between Afin Ventures & Anor V First Bank Ltd and 5 ors.
• Advised PEG a Dubai based company on the contents of the Nigerian Local Content Acts based on its intended incursion into the Nigerian Oil and Gas Space and further proposed a JV with Decision Energy 
• Part of the Legal team for the Plaintiff in Isaac Agbara V CBN
• Handled the property portfolio of various property firms within Abuja value each at over 2 million Dollars such as Levent Realty and Vestates Limited 
• provided legal advice and opinion on general corporate and company law matters relating to the Client’s day-to-day activities, including any and every issue for and on behalf of the client
• Provided Transactional Advisory support on general transaction matters relating to the Client’s businesses.
• Reviewed and provided advice to clients about agreements to which it proposes to become a party or in which it is otherwise interested in the ordinary course of its business

• Attended statutory meetings on the Client’s behalf, Board meetings, and its Committees, when called upon to do so, as well as rendering all necessary services in respect of the meeting and advising on compliance.
