A government owned hospital, established in April 1983 with approximately 100-300 beds capacity and standard medical equipment. Currently in medsurg unit with 25 beds capacity and a nurse-patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:6 in case of emergency situation which requires speed and coordination in other to provide urgent and unexpected patient care.

• Plan admission and discharge process.
• Conduct comprehensive initial head-to-toe assessment and ongoing reassessment to monitor progress of patients and improve individual nursing care.
