My Tenure at Rosette construction came to a smooth end after training and transitioning responsibilities to my successor, I moved to a more progressive role within this organization where I was responsible for the following
- Implemented and continuously monitor effective HSE Plans and Policies contributing to a massive reduction in work place incidents and improved overall safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintain HSE Records and reports, while evaluating KPI and Gap analysis to support continuous improvement
- Track Contractor compliance and ensure understanding and compliance with safety policies and plans
- Conducted management of change for a proposed expansion with an additional 20 man power
- Conduct regular risk assessment, JHA/JSA and monitor implementation of control measures in order to ensure safe working procedures and general safety of personnel and equipment
- Conduct HSE training and quarterly retraining inline with the ILO and ISO 45001 requirements, ensuring workers remain competent and aware of modern safety measures while ensuring organizational compliance
- Lead incident investigation and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent reoccurrence
- Achieved goal zero so far with over 20,000 man hours compared to an average of 19 incidents over a 6 month period, representing a 100% incident reduction via better control measures and compliance monitoring

After my initial HSE Training, I built nearly 4 years of solid safety experience in this organization where I executed the following core responsibilities
