I am a Mechanical Design Engineer. I design and develop mechanical products, components, and fabrication-ready solutions. My work involves creating 3D models, engineering drawings, reviewing fabrication processes, improving manufacturability, and supporting production teams to ensure designs are accurate, safe, and efficient. I also lead engineering activities in a foundry environment, including pattern design, product development, and technical problem-solving.

Mechanical Design Engineer with 9+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, product development, fabrication support, and foundry engineering. Proven expertise leading end-to-end design processes—from concept development to drafting, vendor review, fabrication oversight, and commissioning support. Skilled in CAD/CAE tools, reverse engineering, additive manufacturing, and design-for-manufacturability.

Demonstrated success improving cost efficiency, enhancing workflow productivity, and mentoring engineering teams.

Experience spans industrial design, enclosures, mechanical structures, foundry tooling, and quality-driven casting/molding processes.

B.Eng in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, with strong specialization in materials behavior, manufacturing processes, and design principles.

Complemented by advanced technical trainings including Intermediate–Advanced SolidWorks, PolyWorks Modeller, and FARO Arm 3D Scanning, strengthening capabilities in 3D design, modeling, inspection, and reverse engineering.
