I am an international development professional with a rich experience spanning 17 years in the health and development sectors, operating at both international and national levels. Throughout my career, I have actively engaged in a wide range of studies such as formative research, impact evaluation, large-scale surveys, process evaluation, implementation research, and outcome monitoring across diverse fields, including maternal and child health, reproductive and sexual health, nutrition, financial inclusion, public expenditure review, sanitation, agriculture, livelihood, and education. A significant aspect of my work involves designing and overseeing complex monitoring & evaluation studies, with a strong focus on incorporating gender and equity perspectives into evaluation and monitoring systems for global health and development issues. Utilizing a variety of research approaches and methodologies, I am adept at conducting advanced data analysis to develop and test innovative and scalable solutions. Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with various government departments, as well as esteemed organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP, The World Bank, GAIN, NACO, JSI, Mathematica, The Population Council, CARE, BMGF, FHI 360, PHFI, PSI, PFI, IPE Global, Option Consultancy, and Guttmacher Institute. Working collaboratively as a team player, I possess a strong commitment to inclusive development, monitoring and evaluation, generating valuable insights, knowledge management, research article writing, research project design, and effective people management.
