I am a Customer Service Representative with 3 years Relationship Management experience. I possess various problem solving skills, analytical and administrative skills, market identification as well as proficient in the use of various IT softwares.
I am IT savvy in the use of many programs and applications and I have about 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative with a team that consistently delivers excellent and quality results. I am currently a customer service officer with Polaris Bank Limited and worked previously as a relationship manager.
I am a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where I studied English Language (Edu). I’m also a graduate of Federal College of Education Kontagora from 2013 to 2016 respectively.
