Presently driving and supervising the operations of an effective HSE Management System (such as risk assessment & controls, incidents reporting, work control procedures (permit to work system), personnel safety and so on) Providing supports to 11 Plc's security operations.
- Effectively supervising construction projects (new and old) by implementing SSH&E critical processes with the use of Integrated Safe Systems of Work (lSSoW) at the coalface in order to avoid SSHE losses.
- Development and reviewing of Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and work plans with staff/contractors to ensure the implementation of identified risks and hazards are mitigated
- Supervising and implementing of all SSH&E compliance of the installation of 11Plc Gas Plant both the tanks and its pipeline network from the conception to the completion (such as civil and mechanical) of two 4000mts LPG gas tanks
- Supervised and implemented of all HSE compliance of the decommissioning and installation of ATK and PMS tanks and their pipeline networks from the conception to the completion of 26820mts tank using hydraulic jacking system, etc.
- Keeping/recording of KPIs to monitor personnel performance and stewardship at management meetings.
- Attending/conducting regular SSHE meetings with regulatory authorities, both internal and external, staff/contractor representatives to discuss and agree on occupational health and safety standards, concerns, potential hazards and control measures to address these concerns.
- Taking lead on quality and safety through the use of Flawless Operation Management (FOMS).
- Evaluating site working conditions related to SOP (Work instruction and procedures) both in construction and manufacturing to assess staff/contractors HSE performance.
- Coordinating toolbox meetings/safety induction to all employees and contractors.
- Focus on early identification of potential problems and propose appropriate solutions on to avoid or manage the risk.
- Actively organizing training needs for workforce.
- Coordinating SSH&E inspections of all heavy duty lifting equipment such as crane, rig, forklift, etc.
