Job Title: Instrument Construction Supervisor
Key Duties Among Others
- Currently working as a control room Emerson Delta V DCS operator managing process for products receiving and storage in the facility, products programming on the Emerson TMS and loadout with the Emerson DL 8000 Preset Batch controller at the gantries.
- Overseeing all instrumentation and control activities including troubleshooting, maintenance and installations within the facility.
- Managing reporting, communication and correspondence with the regulatory agency NMDPRA.
- Fully involved in the commissioning and startup of the SEPLAT LPG / Propane Storage and Loading Facility.
- Participated in instrument project deliverables design (MTO, Cable Index, Cable tray Route, JB installation layout and termination drawings) for the SEPLAT LPG project.
- Supervised the construction, installation and hookup of all instrumentation and control systems PCS, SIS and FGS including cable installations.
- Supervised the installation of FGS, SIS, PCS and COMMS panels in the control room
- Managed all instrumentation and control supplied materials and their installations.
- Supervised all RIO panels and junction boxes installations.
- Worked closely with the ICSS engineering team to achieve all ICSS deliverables as per project scope and startup.
- Actively participated in achieving the export of first gas (LPG and Propane) from SIGP to LPG within a short schedule.
- Signed off all Mechanical Completion Check sheets as per project standards.

Job Title: Instrument Construction Supervisor
Key Duties Among Others
- Plant operator for inlet skid, 30MRU and 60 MRU skids during the 90 days reliability run.
- Supervised the installation, hookup, commissioning and start-up of prefabricated SIGP packages - Inlet manifold skid, Condensate reboiler skid and flash tank, Mechanical Refrigeration Unit and Mycom Compressors, Low Pressure and High-Pressure Knockout Drums, Fuel scrubber, Heat Medium Oil and its Honeywell Slate UCP, NAG separator, Generator units, Air compressors, Water degasser skid and test separator skid.
- Fully involved in the Commissioning and Startup of the SIGP Gas plant from first gas into the plant to the opening of the sales line for gas export.
- Signed off all Mechanical Completion Check sheets as per project design.
- Participated in the line flushing and pressure testing of all fabricated and installed spools as per Iso drawing and P&ID to ensure all I&C devices are safeguarded
