Supervise base and 3PL logistics activities
Maintain proper documentation of logistics activities (journey management, vehicle checklist, maintenance records, fuel card management and vehicle location
Follow up with all stakeholders (Procurement, catering, drilling ops) to ensure materials for load out and shipment are available and ready to be loaded
Participates and supports bunkering operation and delivery of loads to quayside for shipment
Optimizes logistics cost and reduce waste through fleet and movement management
Monitors overseas and local shipment including freight cost
