I have about 6 years experience in operations management. I currently work at one of the telecommunication giants in Africa as a Field Service Engineer. My role entails system maintenance, asset management, operations management, relationship/people management, supervision and management of vendors as well as sub contractors in ensuring good service delivery and compliance with business SLAs. I am about operations management, systems optimization and reliability.

I have good communication skills which I have displayed in my various leadership positions. My problem solving and innovative skills are evident in the network performance of my cluster in my current role.
