Having Quality control exposure for more than 8 years. Cost control in RMC business , operation & maintenance of batching plant, hollow block plant ,river sand screening plant and Crusher plant maintenance , QA/QC in RMC business all given me a strong ability to work under any circumstances.

• Planning and execution of routine and weekly maintenance and repairs for all machineries.,
• Loader, Excavator, Rock breaker, Rock Driller maintenance and monitoring their performance on daily basis.
• Monitoring the machinery for their effective performance by avoiding their Wasteful operation and thus controlling their operating cost.
• Reporting Jaw Crusher run, idle, Cone crusher run, idle time and their effective working hours on daily basis.
• Reporting the crushing tonnage Tipper wise, Outgoing Tipper load details on daily basis.
• Planning of spares inventory required for the equipments deployed and maintenance for the same along with costing.
• Monitoring the maintenance of the plant and machineries performance and utilization.
• Maintaining weekly and monthly inspection and performance reports of machineries.
• Preparation and presentation of annual budget for operation and maintenance of plant.
• Co-ordinate with the customers for strictly adheres to time schedule given to improve the efficiency of productivity.
• Maintenance of Front end loaders, Diesel generator, Transit mixer, concrete pumps, Trailers, Compressor, cement feed pump, batching plant accessories etc. 
• Co- ordinate with the other departments and satisfy them from our P & M activities and to have internal customer relationship.
• Planning and scheduling of daily production activities with marketing department.
• Monitoring the market rates of raw materials, conducting meeting with suppliers for rate negotiation and giving the daily schedule as per the requirements.
• Coordinating to get approval from Inspector of Factories, Pollution Control Board , for erecting new plants.
• Monitoring the truck Fitness Certificate, Emission Certificate, Insurance, Tax for old vehicles and registration for new trucks.
• Monitoring the daily stock and follow the suppliers for raw material arrangements.
• Maintenance of Man, Actros Trailers, Dump trucks. Schedule for its periodic maintenance. 
•  Recording accidents and near miss reported and analyzing to prevent or minimize by implementing all required safety measures.
• To minimize breakdown time between failures of trucks by adapting preventive maintenance schedule.
• Monitoring the diesel consumption, Machine run hrs on daily basis to have control on the same.
• Reporting productivity and efficiency of the plant and machineries involved in the project.
• Involve in economical mix design, Statistical quality control, optimize utilization of raw materials, Stock verification, Calibration of plant and reporting them on monthly basis.
• Focusing on Customer feedback, attending site issues, Visiting sites and observing their safety implementation etc.
• Strictly and compulsion on implementing PPE awareness to workmen, indentifying hazardous substance usage in the plant. And thus implementing preventive action plan to avoid the accident.
• Verifying and certifying the Machinery Spare bills, hiring invoices of vendors and co –ordinate with them for smooth operation without any issues.
• Committed to Plant and machinery basic operation of selection of machines, deploy them in correct location, commission of such machines, operation and maintenance of them and finally discard the non performing machines.
• Analyzing by Evaluating criteria for the best Managed fleet of transit mixer and Pumps from their Preventive Maintenance activities and mean time between failures.
• Involving in optimized Concrete Mix design, Statistical quality control, Initiative for casting cubes at plant and at site .Analyzing the variance between strengths. Yield check. Reporting MIS for Maintenance and QC, Selecting the source for the Quality Aggregates. And also enforcing periodic checks and testing the Concrete and Aggregate etc.
• Designing the concrete mix using packing density method, BS, Indian, American standard.
• Grading and Combined grading of aggregates, determination of unit weight of aggregate, Bulk density, Testing Silt content, Slump test, Impact value test etc.
• Monitoring block production. Costing of blocks and operation and maintenance of Block making machine.
• Committed to implement safety lock off procedure before maintenance is been taken up.
• Maintenance of Chiller (5 tonne ) Plant.
• Maintenance, production and operation of Asphalt, Block plant and Pipe plant
