• Develops near and long term top-line rooms revenue hotel forecasts - Loads all preferred, consortia and promotional rates in GDS and PMS - Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.

• Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports and communicate to the hotel’s management team - - Conduct weekly revenue meetings to identify revenue generating opportunities and brainstorm other business actions.
• Controlling room inventory on Opera PMS, OTA’s and brand website and ensuring rate parity across all channels - Maintaining and updating an event calendar to track city wide events and high occupancy dates.
• Responsible for rate loading in all channels and systems according to brand standards - Ensuring all reservations is checked daily for compliance with rate guidelines and tracker for negotiated rates is maintained.
• Develop a working relationship with third party agents and corporate bookers to generate incremental revenue.
• Ensure all incoming calls are answered as per LQA standards and queries are responded within 24 hours.
• Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and market segments - Contribute to all the sales activities within the hotel and maximize revenue opportunities.
