Shalom Adewale

A Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and Project Management professional passionate about people, purpose and meaningful impact. I’m interested in using structure, collaboration and thoughtful execution to turn ideas into projects that solve real problems and create possibilities for people and communities.

My background in Medical Laboratory Science has trained me to think critically, pay attention to detail, solve problems and work effectively within teams. My growing experience in project management has expanded that perspective, teaching me how to turn ideas into structured plans, coordinate people and resources, manage risks and move projects from intention to execution.

Beyond the professional titles, I care deeply about people, purpose and impact. Through my work with initiatives, teams and community projects, I have found myself drawn to projects that solve real problems and create opportunities for people to thrive.

I’m open to opportunities in Medical Laboratory Science and Project Management, as well as collaborations across healthcare, social impact and purposeful initiatives. I look forward to opportunities to contribute my scientific knowledge, problem-solving abilities and project coordination skills to teams and organisations creating meaningful impact.
