Basically the role here entails going on community outreaches to rural settings on a daily basis to ensure that all clients who were on interrupted therapy (IIT) are brought back to treatment and having their ART refills and also ensuring retention of the Clients, also clients who are also due for Viral load (VL) had their samples taken.

- Ensured active Pharmacovigilance screening of both new and returning clients and documenting into the Pharmacovigilance documentation tool (yellow form) and the Nafdac e-gistration portal for proper follow up
- Working with M&E staff to ensure that data and records of clients tally to ensure optimal care and also tracking of clients who are lost to follow up (LTFU) to ensure the return back to treatment
