I am a results-driven professional, proficient in both GIS expertise and geology, and with a demonstrated work history in the mining sector. My experience spans a range of fields, including environmental monitoring and assessments, remote sensing and GIS applications, geological assessments, geophysical and geochemical surveys, mining project planning and execution, and mineral exploration. My skill set encompasses an array of techniques such as IP, resistivity, EM, VLF, and ground magnetics, complemented by my adeptness in handling remotely sensed data and geochemical sampling data.

Additionally, my proficiency in precise GPS navigation underscores my commitment to delivering high-quality results across a diverse spectrum of geological and geospatial methodologies.

With more than 5 years of experience, my journey began as a Junior Geologist at GEOKOPEX Geophysical Services Limited, where I gained hands-on experience in geophysical survey planning, data analysis, and interpretation. This early exposure led me to engage in diverse mineral exploration projects involving gold, lead-zinc, and gemstones, utilizing advanced techniques like VLF, IP, and ground magnetics, which significantly expanded my expertise. As a Consultant Geoscientist at Geobarri Nigeria Enterprises, I further demonstrated my adaptability by contributing to geophysical exploration initiatives targeting cassiterite, coal, and lead-gold deposits, applying geoscience methodologies to address practical challenges.

In my present role as an Exploration Geologist and GIS Expert at Geocardinal Engineering Services Limited, I am immersed in dynamic mineral exploration, GIS applications, and mineral potential assessment. This experience has sharpened my technical proficiencies while also cultivating a heightened sense of responsibility for sustainable resource management. Particularly noteworthy are my contributions to Nigeria's mineral sector growth and economic diversification, achieved through strategic collaborations with the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development, World Bank partnerships, and the facilitation of capacity-building efforts within artisanal and small-scale mining.

My commitment to ethical practices is further evident in my membership in professional organizations, while my dedication to advancing the field is reflected in my contributions to the scientific community through published works focused on geological interpretation and mineralization potential assessment.

I have achieved academic excellence through the completion of a BSc in Geology at Obafemi Awolowo University. This educational foundation has been enhanced by my attainment of certifications such as Google Digital Skills and World Health Organization HSE certifications, signifying my unwavering dedication to continuous learning and professional advancement. Moreover, my active membership in esteemed professional organizations like the Nigerian Mining and Geoscience Society and the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG) underscores my commitment to ethical practices within the field.

My contributions to the scientific community through published works, such as interpreting aeromagnetic and radiometric data for Kimberlite pipe occurrences and assessing gold mineralization potential in the Gwagwalada and Abaji area, demonstrate my engagement in driving knowledge forward.
