I AM MECHANICAL ENGINEER HAVING 23 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PIPING EXECUTION INCLUDING FABRICATION, WELDING I, ERECTION, HYDRO TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. I HAVE ALSO MORE THAN 7 YEARS PIPE LINE AND MORE THAN TWO YEARS MAINTENANCE JOB EXPERIENCE. I THINK I AM ABLE TO PERFORM THE RESPOSIBILITY ABOUT THE POST MENTIONED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. SO I AM APPLYING FOR THAT POST.

Working as a Manager (Piping) in the Dangote Oil Refinery Projects where prime responsibilities apart from the previous project responsibilities are in UNDERGROUND AND ABOVEGROUND PIPING:

• Managing construction activities carried out by contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirement and time frame, and compliance with specifications and standard established in AG and UG piping.
• Ensuring that construction activities are performed in the highest HSE standards, cooperating closely with the company. 
• Coordination of fabrication for various type of piping material. Verification of material code, Test Certificates, Material Release Note, and other document related to material grade verification,
• verification prior to clear them for fabrication.
• Monitoring fabrication before erection of ug piping by leading isometric & GA drawing.
• Maximize the usage & efficiency of worker by ensuring their workmanship & hence increase the productivity.
• Coordinate with the Welding engineer & Quality engineer for achieving the targets.
• Perform and monitor the PWHT after welding according to specifications of materials.

  Managing, monitoring, and reporting the technical progress.

• Coordinate with the dispatch department for timely dispatch of spool from Pipe Fabrication shop.
• Conduct weekly technical & safety training programs for contractor workers & supervisors.
• Collection of all relevant documents for job and preparation of material request and arrange the materials to job.
• Preparation of daily wise production reports and submitted to construction department.
• To report on the work performed by the contractor and on any problems encountered.
