Lead mobile for a multi-country parking platform: 2 Flutter apps shipping to the App Store and Play Store across four markets (Nigeria, US, Canada, Senegal), plus the supporting React dashboards and Python FastAPI backend.

• Lead delivery for two Flutter apps (user + partner). Cut startup time by 30% and package size by 25% with deferred loading and asset optimization
• Wrote native interop through platform channels and native modules: custom map annotations and geofencing for the real-time map, plus NFC tag read/write/debit for parking enforcement. Full App Store and Play release ownership
• Built the real-time map with Google Maps SDK: custom markers, polyline directions, geofencing for parking validation, and live slot availability for thousands of concurrent users
• Led the platform's modernization: migrated the mobile app from Ionic React with a GraphQL API to Flutter, and the web frontend from Vue to a React/Next.js stack
• Set up country-routed payments via native SDKs: Paystack for NGN/XOF, Stripe for USD/CAD, Wave Checkout for Senegal. Each gateway has webhook signature verification and idempotent wallet crediting
• Set up Shorebird for OTA updates and CI/CD via EAS, Fastlane, and Docker. Critical hotfixes now ship in hours, not days

Fintech Super App (15+ Services) at onDgo (2025-06 – Present)

• Building a fintech super app in Flutter covering wallets, flight booking, bill payments (Remita), bank/wallet transfers, and utility services. 15+ service modules in production
• Designed a multi-vendor flight booking engine integrating Crane and Videcom GDS APIs with vendor-specific pricing, multi-city aggregation, and extras prefetching
• State via hooks_riverpod with code-gen notifiers, Freezed models, Dio with Hive-backed cache interceptors, biometric auth (local_auth), and a 3-minute session timeout

Real Estate Marketplace & Investment Platform at CCDL (2025-08 – 2026-03)

• Built a real estate marketplace and investment app in React Native (Expo SDK 54, Expo Router, NativeWind) with heavy data screens, complex filtering, and map views
• Enforced Feature-Sliced Design (FSD) with strict unidirectional imports. Consumer flows, agent tools, and investment modules are fully isolated
• Wired up RTK Query with optimistic updates, automatic retries, and cache invalidation. Financial transactions needed zero tolerance for dropped requests

High-Traffic Event Platform at Foursquare Convention (2025-04 – 2025-07)

• Built the React Native/Expo mobile app (Expo SDK 53, Redux Toolkit + Redux Persist, NativeWind) and the Laravel 11 API behind it, with 20+ endpoints and dual Paystack/Remita payments
• Added Remita payment via WebView, YouTube live streaming, QR event registration, and expo-notifications push

NFC Loyalty Platform at Tasty Tokens (2024-05 – 2024-08)

• Built an NFC loyalty app on a native NFC platform channel with scan latency under 500ms for high-traffic retail counters. 150+ restaurants, 98% scan success across 50+ device models
• Designed the offline-first layer with Hive and queue-based sync. Zero data loss during intermittent connectivity. Added Mixpanel and Intercom: conversion up 35%, support response down 40%

Logistics & Inventory Platform at WareFlow One (2023-09 – 2024-02)

• Built an on-device barcode/inventory scanner with the Google MLKit native module. 60% faster than manual entry
