Started as a team member and then grew to lead the team that developed several applications Lead a team of 4 Python engineers, delegated tasks in weekly sprints using Jira, and ran daily standup throughout the development life-cycle building(Hotel-management-system, e-commerce system, etc.

Developed the PRD documents and also the software architecture needed for different applications and also developed new backend features for different products and scale them when needed

Review codes written by colleagues and other junior developers, schedule unblocking sessions when needed
