About
I'm a product designer working across fintech, payments and commerce platforms. I'm drawn to the workflows behind the interface: how people move through complex, multi-step tasks, and how a well-built system of components keeps those experiences coherent as a product grows.
At Cbit Industries (Springrock Group), I design Bitmarte, a commerce platform. I was part of the five-designer team that designed its first phase, which launched in December 2025 and is live today. Informed by user feedback and an internal review, we commenced the full design of the platform, and I led three designers through it.
I also established the design system, built on Untitled UI, that underpins this work. Designs move to engineering in stages, where they are implemented, tested and deployed, so the platform reaches users progressively. BitMARTe Saver, a customer loyalty programme, is built on the new system; its public pages are live and the dashboard is yet to be deployed.
We are also bringing AI into our workflow. ChatGPT and Figma's AI agent, connected to our design system, help us reach design decisions faster and surface gaps in design flows earlier, and a teammate uses Codex to turn approved designs into interactive prototypes for engineering.
Earlier, I worked on Hollaport, a payments product whose pilot launched in 2021, and on the design upgrades that followed. I also designed a concept for Coronation Merchant Bank's digital banking experience.

As a product designer, I owned the UX/UI design for Hollaport’s consumer apps and fintech services, where I personally designed both our core agent banking application and our payment-in-messaging application. I worked hand-in-hand with engineers to turn complex transaction and chat flows into smooth, intuitive user journeys. My day-to-day involved everything from research and wireframing to prototyping and shipping final assets that looked great and worked perfectly.
I managed the end-to-end product delivery and strategy for Hollaport’s fintech solutions, working closely with engineering to design and launch the pilot phase our payment-in-messaging application.
