I am a fintech product manager and product designer with experience in building and designing digital products. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, UX design, and engineering allows me to lead cross-functional teams and turn financial workflows into simple, functional, and secure user experiences. I bring strong, hands-on knowledge of payment and stablecoin rails, analytics, fraud prevention architecture, and the core ledger mechanics that keep systems running—including clearing, reconciliation, and settlement flows. My journey includes designing and managing high-impact platforms across merchant banking, escrow services, e-commerce, and SaaS. Whether I'm mapping out Go-To-Market strategies, auditing back-office reconciliation loops, or crafting intuitive user interfaces from scratch, my goal is always to build products that drive real growth and commercial value.

Lead Product Designer at Springrock Group (2022-02 – Present)

Lead product design for web and mobile apps across the company's digital platform ecosystem.

• BitMARTe: Designed the entire interface and user experience for our e-commerce SaaS platform from scratch, building a consistent design system to help our software scale.
• Vehicle Listings Platform: Designing a simple, secure marketplace for private car sellers and buyers, focusing on making the vehicle submission and verification process effortless.
• Collaborate daily with executives, product managers, and frontend developers to turn complex internal business requirements into clean, straightforward user interfaces.

Product Manager (Contract) at Hollaport Technologies Ltd (2024-03 – Present)

Manage the development, roadmap, and feature updates for our core digital financial platforms.

• Core Banking Integration: Led the cross-functional engineering integration of a new core banking system to modernise and scale our transactional capabilities.
• Design Upgrade: Supervised a complete redesign of consumer features, embedding live transaction updates directly into the app's chat stream to make tracking payments easier.
• Launch Strategy: Creating the comprehensive go-to-market and operational rollout strategy for these upcoming financial features.

Co-founded and designed an escrow payment app to protect online buyers and sellers from fraud in regional e-commerce markets.

• Designed complete back-office dashboards from scratch for internal teams to track automated escrow statuses, view transaction data analytics, and resolve customer disputes.
• Partnered directly with an established microfinance bank to secure and connect the necessary backend banking infrastructure for user payouts.
