I am a highly-motivated and success-driven person, a solution provider/seeker who loves to bring smile to the faces of people around me and to customers/clients. I go out of my way to find answers to customers/clients complaints and give them positive response.
i worked at Parallex bank, for some months, where i attended to customers, listen to their complaint, document it, escalate, follow up and give prompt, positive and adequate response back to the customers.
also at First Bank of Nigeria, as a service executive alongside a customer care representative, i meet people everyday, clients, customers, help to make workflow around and in the office smooth and itch-free, listen to customers needs and give them satisfactory results and response.
i attended the University of Lagos, Nigeria, where i majored in Linguistics, African and Asian Studies, after that I applied at Universal School of Aviation in 2021, and that was a whole lot of great and awesome experience for me, now, I cant wait to pour out, bring out all that i have acquired and gathered both personally and through the school into your organisation and grow alongside it.
