Design a network through Wireless, Access-point and Cable
Configure and troubleshoot wireless network and cable network
Install Radios and also mornitor them to ensure the client gets their speed
Ensure a secure wireless connections
Internet connection bandwidth management through Bandwidth Manager (ET/BWMGR/Mikrotik)
Prevent congestion and ensure Quality of Service
Ensure that clients are attended to on time
Assignning tasks to Network Engineer
Escalate network issues from our Primary and Secondary provider
Managing customer’s accounts and passwords
Customer Technical Support to client’s home and bussiness network
Configure and tests approved equipment on the network
Prepare budget needed for networking needs
Train field Engineers with simple network troubleshooting techniques
Develops and cordinates network replacement plan
Evaluates, tests and recommends appropriate equipment to be used on the network
Ensure a good link to the repeater stations
Give a report on the internet bandwidth utilization
