As an accomplished professional with more than 10 years of work experience in delivering top-notch results in quality control, learning and development as well as business management and consultancy, I possess a breadth of knowledge and talents that will allow me to contribute toward attaining success in my role.
I understand that excellent learning and development culture is an essential backbone of every sustainable business model and I take pride in filling that role. I have worked with DAYSTAR (volunteer capacity) as the Head of Training of its Career Plus Unit and currently manage the Learning & Development department of U-Connect Human Resources Limited. My background lies in successfully building and running training programmes which address the needs of specific interest groups/clients.
Throughout my career,I have designed, developed and managed learning and development content that required integrating my extensive quality control background to help organisations deliver predictable and consistent value to customers. Additionally, since my switch from general operations and quality control to core Human Resources, I have demonstrated high technical ability to effectively handle situations and mitigations around the Learning & Development space while working within policy, procedures and standard processes. I also possess the ability to quickly and effectively detect, analyze, prioritize, and resolve client training gaps.
