I am a lawyer by profession and currently a Top Management staff with Trustfund Pensions Limited. I presently head the Legal and Secretariat Units of the Company. I have over twenty years work experience, sixteen of which are in the financial services sector and the last ten in top management positions.
I double as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of our subsidiary company Profund Properties Limited. I also oversaw the Compliance Unit from 2017 to 2018 as Compliance manager. I possess MBA with major in Insurance and Risk Management as well as MSc in Management, Apart from the Nigerian Bar Association, I belong to other professional bodies which include the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Risk Managers Association of Nigeria.
I am currently undergoing a PhD in Management with research focus in Organizational Psychology.
