With my 4 years work experience in public health, I have successfully acquired and developed a strong program management skills. Over these past few years, I have monitored and tracked implementation of Mal-RMNCAH+N program training across one of the implemented state, I helped in the coordination of malaria program review in field validation meeting, assisted in monitoring and recording of the utilization of donor resources, provided support to management activities and technical report writing. I have also successfully trained and supervised over 50 personnel which served as the the ward recorder in the ITN mass campaign personnel on the mobilization and distribution of ITN, and also trained supervised over 80 CDDs and Health facility officers on the use of ICT4D in effective distribution of SPAQ drugs.
I also understand the basic of psychology and emotional intelligence, I communicate well with English, Hausa and Igbo. I have good oral presentation, have a good report writing skills, demonstrate an impeccable problem solving and analytical skills and can also stand firm in making critical decisions during challenges and creating a solution and new ideas that improves efficient productivity. i am capable in operating relevant Microsoft office software such as MS-word, excel and power point. I am also efficient in using SPF30 in the analysis of data.
