I led project teams by coordinating all consultants (mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, quantity surveyors) in the development of construction drawings and project documents by adhering to ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards. Projects handled include commercial, residential, institutional, and healthcare projects. I supervised, monitored, and coordinated contractors' construction activities to ensure contractor's works are completed on schedule, within budget, meet acceptable quality standards and adhere to contract.

I was able to resolve several construction issues on projects. I was responsible for requesting for and receiving tenders (bids) from contactors / vendors; transparent evaluation of tenders and ensuring that the most appropriate contractor /vendor is selected for projects.

As the head of the projects department, I oversaw and supervised the execution of multiple interior design projects, interior fit-outs, and installations, identified resources needed for project execution and assigned duties to project executives. As a clear thinker, through proper project cost estimation and budget management, I was able to more accurately analyze project profitability and increase organizational revenues by 25%.

I developed the company corporate best practices process for managing interior design projects, with external focus in mind, which previously was non-existent in the organization. I was involved in the preparation of tender documents, proposal request and analysis of proposals, evaluation of tenders/bids for the selection of suppliers and contractors.

Working with nationalities of different countries and diverse backgrounds, I worked as a project support assisting senior project managers on university town project that was used to host the Singapore Youth Olympics in 2009. I was responsible for scheduling and preparing progress meeting minutes as well as performing other project administrative duties.
