• Perform routing inspections and calibration of all tooling equipment used in the Quality Control Laboratory with help of electronic and pressure equipment, following standards and ensuring accuracy.

#2) - Provide consistent, complete and timely feedback and report to the Executive Validation Engineer, Quality Control Manager and Senior QA Officers.

#3) - Read, understand and assist in utilizing best practices and SOPs following GMP guidelines.

#4) - Assist in carrying out Qualifications, Result and Protocol Validation of Equipments and System in the entire manufacturing areas.

#5) - Daily monitoring and schedule calibration for room differential pressure devices , humidity and temperature devices of the entire manufacturing facility and report any deviation following in-house report procedures.

#6) - Suggest equipment upgrades consistently

#7) - Generate completed job cards and develop all reports and certificates pertaining to calibration.

#8) - proficient in the use of AutocadMEP
