My name is Sam Victor Victor. I am a graduate of the Regional Maritime University and looking for a good opportunity where I can best use my knowledge. I came across this role through the link provided and decided to apply because it aligns with my career goals.
I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering and that has given me a solid base upon which I plan to build my career. I have conducted various operational maintenance during my college internship and handled various administrative duties at my college department as the organizing secretary of the association of marine and mechanical engineering students.
I am currently undergoing my national services whilst gaining experience as an Engine cadet onboard a security escort vessel. I have good knowledge and hands-on training on the operation and maintenance of CAT C32 marine diesel Engines and CAT C14 Generators.
I have worked at the production, refrigeration, and steel workshop as an Intern at the naval dockyard limited, where I was included in team engagements to proffer solutions to the organization. I participated in routine maintenance of equipment, safety precautions meetings, firefighting lessons, and fitness and exercise training. During this experience, I learned a lot about working in teams and meeting deadlines. I also prepared an internship report that my university department required.
I have also acquired all the various STWC mandatories and certifications;
