I am a detail oriented inventory and Supply Chain professional with 5+ years experience in Inventory management,

As an Inventory Officer at Shomas supply and logistics limited. I have amongst others the responsibilities of:
Maintaining of accurate inventory records in the system and physical registers.
Track stock movements (Inbound, outbound and returns) while reconciling stock balances and investigating discrepancies.
Supervising the Warehouse officer during tagging and stacking operations to ensure adherence to storage and materials handling procedures.
Generating weekly and monthly inventory reports on slow moving, expired and project based items for the management.
Participating in Safety tool box talks and ensuring HSE regulations are followed within the warehouse facility.
Organizing alongside the internal control and auditor, periodic stock counting exercises.
Participate in physical lifting, sorting, stacking and dispatch preparations alongside Warehouse and Logistics
Officers and maintaining IMS-compliant documentation.
