"I am motivated by working with other people to find business solutions. It helps me to learn more from superiors and subordinates it also affords me the opportunity to provide leadership. I discovered that during my University days, my best ideas came when working with people in different areas. I would bounce well off others and I found it rewarding by helping to spur the team on to succeed. I enjoy relationship-building, and being part of a success-driven-group.
