Data Analytics Engineering

A fast‑moving Decision Intelligence team is looking for a Sr Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer with strong analytics engineering capabilities and advanced data visualization skills. The team transforms complex datasets into reliable, scalable reporting assets that enable leadership to make high‑quality decisions. You will focus on the ownership and continuous improvement of recurring reporting, data models and automated dashboards.

The role requires a blend of technical depth, stakeholder management and the ability to turn data into clear narratives for business partners.

Responsibilities

Own and improve recurring reporting and dashboards with a focus on automation and scalability

Manage reporting solutions end to end, from requirement clarification to delivery and iteration

Design and develop curated data models and datasets for standardized and self‑service reporting

Build clear, compelling visualizations for non‑technical audiences

Align with stakeholders on reporting requirements and metric definitions

Ensure reporting outputs highlight clear takeaways and risks for leadership

Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual work

Validate data quality, ensure metric consistency and proactively address issues

Support ad hoc requests aligned with team priorities

Manage relationships with mid‑level stakeholders and set expectations effectively

Required Skills

Strong SQL and experience with large, complex datasets

Expertise in Tableau and data storytelling

Experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer

Strong business acumen and ability to translate ambiguous requirements

Experience in centralized analytics environments

Familiarity with version‑controlled analytics workflows is a plus

Profile

3-5+ years in data analysis, analytics engineering or BI

Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end reporting solutions

Strong judgment balancing speed, quality and scalability

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
