The Role 🚀

We’re looking for a Demand Planner to take ownership of demand forecasting and inventory planning as we scale. You’ll turn sales data, seasonality, marketing plans, and growth targets into accurate forecasts that keep products in stock while minimising excess inventory.

This is a full-time, fully remote role where your work will directly impact purchasing decisions, cash flow, and sustainable growth.

What you'll do:

• Own demand forecasting across channels and SKUs.
• Lead replenishment and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
• Align Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance through a reliable S&OP process.
• Improve forecast accuracy while reducing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Build scalable planning systems and dashboards.
• Forecast demand for product launches, seasonal peaks, and international expansion.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory planning.
• D2C e-commerce experience, ideally in a fast-growing business. Experience managing 300–400% year-on-year growth is a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience building data-driven forecasting systems and taking ownership of planning data.
• SQL or demand planning tool experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and strong ownership.
