Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js & AWS)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js & AWS), you will:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.

Take ownership of end-to-end development activities, from requirement analysis to deployment.

Work autonomously under broad direction, planning and managing your own tasks and deliverables.

Define technical milestones, manage priorities, and delegate tasks when required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust and efficient solutions.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments.

Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

Influence internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on technical strategies and solutions.

Participate in code reviews, best practice implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of overall experience in software development.

Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Proven experience working on complex, large-scale applications in diverse environments.

Experience working in onshore environments, preferably in the Netherlands (Den Haag preferred).

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.

You should possess the ability to:

Work independently with a high level of accountability and ownership.

Solve complex technical problems using analytical and structured approaches.

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration among teams with shared objectives.

Quickly adapt to new technologies and apply them effectively.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Understand the broader business context and align technical solutions accordingly.
