Your Mission

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll take ownership of critical workstreams, driving our platform’s evolution through thoughtful architecture and collaborative problem-solving. You will balance the rapid delivery of high-impact features with the long-term health of our codebase, ensuring Foleon remains the most intuitive and powerful platform in the market.

Your Focus

• Architect & Build: Lead the development of sophisticated new features from complex resource-based access control, high-performance database schemas to UI components.

• Quality & Stability: Maintain our high-traffic live products, ensuring they are bug-free, scalable, and performant.

• Technical Leadership: Mentor mid-level and junior developers. You’re the "go-to" person for complex technical hurdles.

• Continuous Evolution: Keep us ahead of the curve. Whether it’s exploring new AI integrations or optimizing our CI/CD, you stay curious.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design to bridge the gap between "what's possible" and "what's best for the user."

• Clean Code Evangelist: Write and advocate for future-proof, well-documented, and testable code.
