About the Role

As a Java Developer, you will work on diverse software development projects and take responsibility for delivering software solutions from initial requirements through design, development, testing, and implementation.

You will work closely with colleagues, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate project requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. The role provides exposure to different projects, allowing assignments to be aligned with your interests and technical expertise.

Commonly used frameworks include Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Java applications for specific projects.

Write and maintain high-quality Java code.

Implement new functionality and maintain existing software.

Translate project requirements into technical specifications.

Design effective and scalable software solutions.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Optimize the performance of Java applications.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Participate in software development activities from requirements through implementation.

Contribute to projects across sectors such as healthcare, banking, logistics, and other industries.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Java Developer.

Extensive knowledge of Java and related technologies and frameworks.

Experience with software design principles and design patterns.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Fluency in Dutch is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Interest in keeping up to date with the latest software development technologies and techniques.

Compensation & Benefits The position includes:

€3,350–€6,000 gross monthly salary for a Java Developer.
