Software is seeking a talented Junior Software Developer to join our Mendix team. What You'll Do

• Take part in the development of the Mendix platform, a leading low-code application development solution.
• Engage in short feedback cycles to break down complex challenges and construct effective solutions.
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to team success.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, actively participating in discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

• A Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as C# or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a keen interest in employing them to improve efficiency.
• A strong passion for technology, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and adopt continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and social skills, with a desire to work optimally within a team.

Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is €55-65,000 annually, and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
