About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application development, workflow automation, integrations, and delivering scalable business solutions using low-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Mendix Studio Pro.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient low-code solutions.
• Build responsive web and mobile applications on the Mendix platform.
• Develop and maintain Microflows, Nanoflows, Domain Models, Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, SOAP services, databases, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Mendix Studio Pro.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code applications.
• Strong understanding of:

• Domain Models
• Workflows
• Data Modeling
• User Management and Security
• Responsive UI Development
• Experience with:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• OData
• JSON/XML
• Database Integrations
• Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification.
• Knowledge of Java customization within Mendix.
• Experience with cloud deployment and containerized environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Required

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end application development project using Mendix.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Process Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Supply Chain domains.
• Knowledge of Low-Code Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
