Mid Fullstack Developer – Java / React

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mid Fullstack Developer to join an agile engineering team and contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment and support of high-quality applications.

The role has a strong backend focus with Java, while also requiring solid frontend development experience with React.js. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, from design and implementation through production support and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders, contributing to scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy fullstack applications.
• Take end-to-end ownership of application features and technical solutions.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java.
• Build effective and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
• Develop scalable, maintainable and resilient applications.
• Implement automated testing and maintain high code quality standards.
• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to observability, monitoring and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot incidents and support applications in production.
• Identify performance, security and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
• Identify technical risks and proactively propose solutions.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues when appropriate.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory / Core:

• Strong experience with Java.
• Fullstack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience developing REST/API-based applications.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience with testing and code quality practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud-based application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Spring / Spring Boot.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
