Role Overview The Private Equity Associate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and execution to portfolio management and exit.
The role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior investment professionals, and close interaction with portfolio company management teams.
Support deal sourcing activities, including market mapping, sector research, and screening of investment opportunities
Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation work, and LBO modeling
Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence
Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
Assist in deal execution, including coordination with advisors and counterparties
Support portfolio monitoring, value creation initiatives, and exit preparation
Engage with management teams to assess performance and strategic initiatives
4–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a related field
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
High level of intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership
