We are supporting our client, an international organization, in the search for an experienced Program Manager to join its team.
This role is responsible for owning the delivery of complex, multi-project programs by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and quality expectations while leading cross-functional teams to deliver intended outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities The Program Manager oversees the successful delivery of large, complex programs composed of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring strategic alignment, effective coordination, and measurable business impact.
The role requires strong leadership, advanced stakeholder management, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities in dynamic, enterprise environments.
All activities must be performed in accordance with organizational PMO standards, governance frameworks, and quality procedures to ensure successful program execution and delivery of expected benefits.
Programs may span multiple enterprise domains, including:
Application Delivery – ERP, CRM, digital platforms, and enterprise applications
Infrastructure – large-scale technology initiatives, cloud transformations, and workplace programs
Security & Compliance – regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk-driven initiatives
Data & Analytics – enterprise data platforms, reporting, and analytics transformation
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-project programs
Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate multiple project teams and manage cross-project dependencies
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver intended business outcomes
Ensure alignment of program delivery with strategic objectives and priorities
Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and decision-making structures
Manage program risks, issues, and change processes across all workstreams
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking at program level
Provide executive-level reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and quality expectations
Track and realize program benefits, outcomes, and ROI targets
Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management, project management leadership, or similar roles
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-project programs in enterprise environments
Strong track record of managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources at program level
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with governance frameworks, PMO methodologies, and reporting standards
Ability to manage risks, issues, and strategic decision-making in complex environments
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
