Global AI Program Manager

Hyra is working on behalf of Arrow Electronics, Inc. to hire for the position of Global AI Program Manager. This role drives the success of the Learn-Use-Create GTM framework by orchestrating the adoption of ArrowSphere AI solutions across global sales and channel teams.
You will collaborate with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to scale AI initiatives and accelerate partner readiness.
What you'll be doing
- Lead global GTM strategy for the AI Accelerator framework including the AI Academy and AI Factory.
- Design and manage educational programs and workshops to boost partner AI proficiency and technical readiness.
- Facilitate partner onboarding to ArrowSphere Assistant and ensure integration into business processes.
- Develop GTM collateral including playbooks, templates, demos, and case studies to drive engagement.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to partner AI adoption rates, proficiency levels, and revenue impact.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in program management within AI, cloud, or software-as-a-service environments.
- Strong ability to define product roadmaps and gather technical requirements for development teams.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales to manage product releases and promotions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across global regions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands and eligible to meet all regulatory requirements.
