Python Developer

I’m working with an early-stage tech company based in Amsterdam that is building a next-generation AI platform focused on securing critical real-world systems.

They are now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to join the team as they scale their core platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll have genuine ownership over architecture and product direction, working closely with an experienced founding team that has successfully built and exited companies before.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and building scalable backend systems using Python
• Developing APIs and microservices (FastAPI, REST)
• Working on data-intensive systems, including pipelines and real-time processing
• Collaborating with ML engineers on productionising models
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Driving best practices across testing, performance, and system design
