We are actively hiring a Senior Python Developer to join strategic Tech Modernization programs focused on scalable backend engineering, cloud-native architecture, DevOps automation, and next-generation platform development.

We are looking for strong engineers with deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and distributed systems.

📍 Location: Zaandam, NL

💼 Experience: 10 Years

🕒 Employment Type: Permanent

🌍 Work Model: Hybrid 2-3 days a week from Office

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services using FastAPI

✔ Build high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs

✔ Develop reliable distributed systems with Kafka messaging

✔ Collaborate with frontend, platform, and DevOps teams for full-stack delivery

✔ Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes

✔ Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm Charts

✔ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

✔ Implement GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD

✔ Design and optimize SQL & NoSQL database architectures

✔ Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and production support solutions

✔ Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

✔ Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong Python programming expertise

✅ FastAPI development experience

✅ REST API & GraphQL implementation

✅ Async programming & performance optimization

✅ Kafka messaging systems

✅ Docker & Kubernetes

✅ Helm Charts

✅ GitHub Actions & CI/CD automation

✅ PostgreSQL / MySQL

✅ MongoDB / Redis / DynamoDB

✅ OAuth2 / JWT Authentication & API Security

✅ Production support & troubleshooting expertise
