As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:<\/span>

Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend solutions using Python.<\/span>

Implement and manage DevOps practices for deployment, integration, and monitoring.<\/span>

Optimize and maintain relational databases using SQL and PL/SQL.<\/span>

Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.<\/span>

Apply Git for version control and collaborative workflows.<\/span>

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with strong analytical skills.<\/span>

Follow Agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous delivery.<\/span>

Perform basic Linux system administration tasks when required.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
- 8–10 years of experience in backend engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies.<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Strong expertise in Python backend API development (FastAPI, Flask) and task queues (Celery).<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Experience with asynchronous Python networking libraries (httpx, aiohttp).<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Proficiency with relational databases and ORM tools (SQLAlchemy, sqlmodel, MySQL).<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Hands -on experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux server administration.<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services including:<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Azure Functions & App Services<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Azure Monitor & Log Analytics<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>You should possess the ability to:<\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
  - Build reliable, scalable backend APIs and services.<\/span>
    
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  - Work with concurrent programming in Python.<\/span>
    
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  - Manage and optimize network infrastructure and servers (ASGI/WSGI, Apache, Nginx).<\/span>
    
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  - Implement and secure services with network security protocols such as mTLS, SSL, and OAuth 2.0.<\/span>
    
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  - Adapt quickly to new challenges while supporting collaborative development.<\/span>
    
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  - Use collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint effectively.<\/span>
