Software Engineering Specialist

🚢 AI CAD Shipbuilding. This is the challenge we’re working on.

We’re looking for a Software Developer with AI expertise (full-time) to join our specialized team in Eindhoven.

At MasterShip, we’ve been developing shipbuilding software since 1986.

Now we’re entering the third generation of our CAD platform — powered by AI.

What you’ll build:

▪ 🤖💻 Rule-based & knowledge-based AI systems, including LLM-based analysis

▪ AI inference engine for shipbuilding applications

▪ Integration with AutoCAD-based software

▪ Hands-on development of new features for our in-house ship design platform

Tech stack:

C | .NET | Python | AutoCAD API | AI | Expert systems | LLM

You bring:

▪ MSc/BSc or equivalent experience in software development or an exact science

▪ 5 years hands-on software development & project leadership

▪ Expertise in AI domains (rule-based, expert, knowledge systems & LLM)

▪ Fluently (Dutch and) English spoken

▪ Affinity with engineering / shipbuilding
