• Built a RAG-based customer support assistant combining a vector database, OpenAI / Bedrock LLMs and Vision models, reducing manual support effort on repeated queries.
• Developed an intelligent document reader using OCR and LLM extraction to handle irregular lab-result PDF formats with no fixed schema, replacing a fully manual review process.
• Implemented API automation pipelines (AWS Lambda + API Gateway) to integrate third-party services into the internal workflow, improving operational throughput.
