I am a dedicated, diligent and loyal career oriented individual who has a passion for value creation. Have a solid professional and academic backing of 15+ years that entails corporate and investment banking transactions of varied nature. Advisory and M&A have been at helms and made me a potent investment banker with the required skills.

This is at the core of my ultimate aim in life, personally and professionally. Coming from a humble developing nation, I've seen the struggles and can really contribute to any position that is in the offing. The experience that I have gained in these years have made me adaptable aswell as an executioner for any task that was given with utmost responsibility.

As far as academics are concerned, I have done MBA in Finance and Banking and have currently pursuing Masters in International Finance from Amsterdam Business School.

Currently in the Dutch market looking for prospective opportunities in the Dutch banking sector specifically in corporate finance, investment banking/wholesale banking.

As a short brief, I have recently moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands and currently pursuing an Executive Masters In International Finance at Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. Being a new entrant in the market with 15+ years of prior experience I am on the look out for opportunities. Largely my experience has been in Investment Banking and Corporate Banking and served in Pakistan.

Under my previous role, I was directly overseeing investment Banking Division as Divisional Head Investment Banking with a specialized Development Finance Institution; Pak China Investment Company Limited. Main mandate of the investment company was channelization of investments including advisory roles.

Major responsibilities include origination, evaluation, presentation, execution and overall management of Transactions (Advisory, Debt & Equity). This experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in the key areas which are essential for Investment Banking and Corporate Finance

As far as my education is concerned, apart from the current Executive Masters’ in International Finance (MIF) from Amsterdam Business School, Amsterdam, Netherlands, I have an MBA in Finance & Banking from Lahore School of Economics, Lahore, Pakistan and have recently completed a Certification in Finance with Distinction from Harvard Business School (Online), Massachusetts, USA. To supplement my work and have the legal prowess to vet contracts, I have recently completed my LLB (Law) from University of London (UOL), London, United Kingdom. Apart from the above I have passed CFA Level I and would be pursuing CFA Level II in recent future.
