As a former Supervisor at VFS Global in Tehran, I led a small team, managed day-to-day visa operations, liaised directly with Emirates immigration, and ensured compliance with evolving government regulations. My work focused on optimizing internal processes, improving client service, and supporting HR in staffing and onboarding.
