I have recently graduated from BA International Communication (Hanze UAS, Groningen), not only with knowledge, school project experience and an Honours degree, but also with 4 years of experience as a junior specialist within the International Marketing Team of Hanze UAS. My strong points are working with an international and diverse target audience, online campaigns (from concept, to branding, and all the way down to the execution), and being a front-person for the customers, but also a coach and coordinator.
I have long-term experience with events organising, creative marketing and graphic design/video editing/copywriting, and while I am looking for a full-time job in an organisation, I am working for an agency on various projects for clients from diverse industries and backgrounds (organisations for female entrepreneurship, that sell juice, hair products, make-up, B2B, mentorship programmes etc.).

Junior Specialist (2022 – present)
Content marketing & communication:
Recruitment, training, and coordination of the student ambassadors’ team: Recruited 6 students over the course of 5 months and supervised around 25 student ambassadors. Administrated payment declarations over the course of 6 months. Coordinated groups of student ambassadors on over 20 occasions (training and coaching, preparation before and during events).
Engineering portfolio branding campaign (Jan – April 2023)
Key insights through target group research which contributed to the outcome of the project and created the visuals for the branding of the project.
Graduation Assignment (Jan – August 2023, ongoing)
Market research & designing a communication strategy in support of current recruitment activities of International Marketing Team’s goals: improve retention rate, increase application & enrolment to technical English-taught programs, & improve and update current communication approach to better suit the target group’s needs.
Study choice online event with an external provider (Romania, December 2022)
In touch with agent, developed content that supports study choice featuring student experiences for the presentation, coordinated, and coached 2 ambassador presenters, hosted Hanze’s presentation session.

Project lead in a large-scale online conversion communication product for international prospective students which was positively received. Content creation for promotion and the event itself, came up with innovative solutions in time-pressured situations to solve unexpected impediments, crisis communication approach, facilitation, and visual communication.
